Coldplay announced Monday their plans to ring in 2013 with a concert featuring rapper Jay-Z at Barclays Center in New York City.
The show is to be preceded by the band's headline concerts at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Conn., Dec. 29 and at Barclays Center in Brooklyn Dec. 30. Naturally 7 will be the supporting act for the Dec. 29-30 shows.
The three year-end dates mark Coldplay's only remaining U.S. shows for 2012, Live Nation said.
